Tred Appliance Sales & Service

Okay... so, shamefully, I have never serviced nor cleaned my front load Maytag, purchased from Tred Appliance, Brooks Ab, But when I finally did I found a Knife inside the bottom compartment as well as indication of changed parts as one clamp is not original. He sold me a Supposed ‘New’ machine. Not only that but he also told me it was as big or bigger than my previous washer which was an outright lie. I bought this sight unseen on his word as he had serviced my old machine for several years. When I called about new I indicated I wanted a new machine with Exact same capacity, Not a Bit less as my old large Amana easily handled comforters. I have Never been able to do them in this one and now to realize he sold me a ‘refurbished’ one as brand new for- get This- the ‘sale’ price of 1000$, I am angry. Will Never buy a single thing from him again. I am buying All from the Brick . Unfortunately he is their service tech but I understand Not for much longer. If I Must use him on my new purchase from The Brick I will be here and watch like a hawk. Many do not like him. I know I feel ripped off even though it took some time for me to realize I’d been conned.
